Bring 1/2 cup of room temperature tap water in a clean container or baggie to our office at 603 Central Avenue N, Park Rapids, MN.

(please run your tap water 5 minutes before collecting)

PLEASE NOTE: 

We will only be able to test from 9 am to noon today, June 1st.

Any samples brought into the office after 12:00 will be tested at a later date and results will be emailed out to each client.
