Hubbard SWCD is holding a photo contest to find the perfect picture for our new 2019 Plat Book!  Photos may be submitted to annette.olson@mn.nacdnet.net – or can be dropped off at our office at 603 Central Avenue N, Suite 100, in Park Rapids.
