For our trees and shrubs, a quantity of 1 is equal to a bundle of 25 trees. We will not deliver or ship any products related to our tree sale at this time (Unless set up with our office). For the 2025 Tree Sale, we plan to have it at the Hubbard County Fair Grounds, 201 Fair Ave, Park Rapids, MN 56470 on May 2nd & 3rd.

It is the landowner’s responsibility to schedule a pick time through the PickTime website and make arrangements for their Tree Sale order pick up. Hubbard SWCD does not have the capability to store trees past the Tree Sale days. If trees are left over, they will be added to the leftover tree stock to be sold and there will be no refunds.

All orders are subject to the same conditions we receive from our suppliers. Hubbard SWCD makes no warranty regarding these products. All items are handled properly to extend the viability of the living plant. Due caution must be taken by the customer to ensure proper care once the products are received and should be planted as soon as feasible.
