Hubbard SWCD will be having a water sample drop-off at the Farden Clean-up Days on May 4th from 10:30 – 1:00 at the Farris Park by Cass Lake.

Run your tap for 5 minutes and collect 1/2 cup of water in a clean container.  Your sample will be transported to Park Rapids for testing, so please use a small container that wont need to be returned to you.  Please be sure to complete the form completely so that your results will get back to you in a timely manner.
